About Us
VALETONES are a 5 piece Covers Band based in the Tone Vale area of Taunton in Somerset ( hence the name - clever eh? )
Now in our Fifth year together the band consists of experienced musicians Playing a mix of Foot Tapping Rock and Pop together with some Hoofin' Rhythm and Blues, a bit of Reggae, a few smoochers (for those tender moments) and a few originals - in fact a bit of something for everyone.
The set List is constantly being added to and updated and can be tailored for any particular occasion. We can, for example do a purely Rock and Roll set, A Blues set even a fully acoustic or unplugged set. See OUR MUSIC for list of Artists/material we cover.
We have played at a variety of venues and functions including pubs clubs, weddings, charity and corporate events, beer festivals etc. We can tailor our show to meet your requirements, we have for example played Blues Brothers theme nights, Halloween and St Patricks theme nights - just let us know your requirements.
We have our own pa and lighting with access to systems from 300 watts (for small intimate venues) to 12KW for large outdoor venues/festivals etc. Our systems are operated by our own engineers and we can play a variety of background music before, between and after sets.
